He kept growling at Stubbs so we left.  He had the hair on his back stand up and tail straight up.  He was showing all the signs of a dog that in my opinion should not be brought to a dog park.  He was walking up to them and growling.  My dogs didn't voluntarily go near him after the first growl.   We were there alone for about 15 minutes so the dogs did get a nice walk in.  They seem to fail to understand.."You are off the leash..GO RUN!"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am really happy Stubbs and Kaylee have bonded.  They are actively playing now and seem to get along great.  Once in a while I stop the playing when it gets a bit rough for the house, but overall things are working out great. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eric and I also went to get his haircut and grocery shopping.  To be quite honest we are both beat and so are the dogs. I am thinking its the heat.  It is like 95 degrees out today. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh and my car broke on Friday! I have a rental now and I am anxiously awaiting to drive a stick shift again. I know it should be enough food. I was a decent sized portion. I think when I first start a diet I am just always hungry, or at least I think I am.  I dealt with it by adding a 50 calorie lipton soup about an hour after lunch.  Then around 2:30pm I ate my snack.  I was still really hungry at the gym, but I survived.  When I got home dinner was really good.  I did add some light butter to the green beans :-/.  They really needed it in my opinion.  That means in total I added about 100 calories to my 1400 calorie day with GMM.  Not too shabby.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We did Shoulder, Chest, and Triceps yesterday at the gym.  Not really one of those days I really do a lot of stuff.  I don't like doing chest exercises. I love my boobs! I don't want big beefy shoulders, but I do two tricep exercises.  Today is leg and ab day aka beat the crap out of my body day. Those the two major areas I want to target.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In other news I am considering canceling the regular wedding so we can go off and get married on like a cruise ship.  I just hate this planning crap. I was not cut from the mold of regular girls.  Picking flower colors does not excite me in the least bit. I don't care what my bouquet looks like, or anything like that.  I just want princess pictures. I guess the only pretty thing I care about on my wedding day is me. Whatever i'm vain! Whole Wheat Crackers. Fresh Seasonal Fruit. They had ice cream cake today.  I am starving and it took every bit of resistance I had to not take a piece of that cake.  Only because I am hungry.  I like sweets and stuff, but I can resist cake when I'm not starving.  Hell I can resist mostly anything when I'm not hungry. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My lunch was a Turkey Sandwich with 1 slice of Lacy Swiss cheese on 90 calorie wheat bread with a cup of soup. Is that not enough?  Why am I always so damn hungry?  Thank goodness I am starting Good Measure Meals.  They tend to hold me over a bit longer and come with a snack. I am not really a night snacker.  I barely eat at home.  I am most hungry before 6pm.  I can usually skip dinner too if I have a big lunch.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do hate going to the gym hungry.  Even though my workout usually makes the hungry feeling go away for bit. I've gain like 6lbs and it is driving me crazy, so I am really excited because this will keep me motivated.  I started taking some supplements to help me along the way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Green Tea Extract&lt;br /&gt;Cayenne Pepper Extract&lt;br /&gt;CLA&lt;br /&gt;Apple Cider Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;Fish Oils&lt;br /&gt;Multivitamin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Each of them is pretty natural.  The &lt;a href="http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cla.html"&gt;CLA &lt;/a&gt;is found in meat and cheese's but you can't get as much from food.  This one I am definitely skeptical about, but I decided to give it a shot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll know if they work or not because I've been doing this a year or so and can't get below a certain weight.  If these get me over that...YAY.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, I am going to start on &lt;a href="http://www.goodmeasuremeals.com/"&gt;Good Measure Meals&lt;/a&gt; again. I canceled my WoW account again.  I got bored with it and stopped playing.  I am not going to pay $15 a month for a game I am not playing.  I am currently dabbling with Aion. Let's see how long that can keep my attention. Aion is so gorgeous. I mean I really love playing it cause its so pretty. I'm sure i'll start getting ganked and eventually hate that too, but we'll see. I have not slacked there.  I did cut it down to 3 days a week and on Saturdays I can do any cardio type thing I want. Walking Kaylee, swimming, DDR2, treadmill, etc.  I just want to make sure I get 3 days a week w/ STR + Cardio at the gym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eric and I are trying to plan a vacation in March. My suggestion....Las Vegas! I need to renew my passport and he doesn't have one so we have to stay in the USA. We have been to Disney 3x in the last 2 years. I figured it was time for a change.  Vegas has tons of shows and shopping along with gambling. I 100% blame bad personal trainers for my lack of understanding of how great you can feel after working out. They always pushed me beyond my limits so instead of feeling great I felt like the walking dead. I was always in so much pain and so tired I ended up quitting. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now my personal trainer is my mom. No she is not here, but she setup my routine.  I use machines and try to be really careful about form.  I write down everything I do and report back.  I even report my heart rate to her.  Oh and man can I sleep like a rock.  By 10pm all energy is gone and I just pass out and don't even toss and turn anything. My whole body is a bit sore.  My legs are still too sore in my opinion and I now am 100% they were over worked.  They are are sore as they were on Monday and it's Thursday.  I did legs on Sunday!  Trainers are bad in my opinion.  Do they think...Hey if I cripple this person they will Totally pay for training?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've been eating pretty healthy this week.  Today however I got a Starbucks coffee bottle and saw 170 calories which is not too shabby.  Then after I finished the whole bottle I saw there were 2 servers per bottle.  340 calories! UGH!!!! That is more than my breakfast and my lunch. I think she pushed me a bit too hard since my legs are supposed to hurt, but crawling down the stairs this morning means it is possible it's a bit too much.  I like the pain from working out, but come on now. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another thing I have changed this week is eating fresh food &gt; processed food.  Instead of a Lean Cuisine for lunch I have chicken I grilled last night with some cauliflower.  I also did not eat a Lean Pocket for breakfast.  I made myself some egg beaters with turkey sausage and an english muffin. I hope reducing the sodium and processed foods + working out will push me out of the plateau. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I will be going to the gym and just doing cardio to warm up my legs.
