Today we took the dogs to the dog park and there was a semi-aggressive dog there. He kept growling at Stubbs so we left. He had the hair on his back stand up and tail straight up. He was showing all the signs of a dog that in my opinion should not be brought to a dog park. He was walking up to them and growling. My dogs didn't voluntarily go near him after the first growl. We were there alone for about 15 minutes so the dogs did get a nice walk in. They seem to fail to understand.."You are off the leash..GO RUN!"
I am really happy Stubbs and Kaylee have bonded. They are actively playing now and seem to get along great. Once in a while I stop the playing when it gets a bit rough for the house, but overall things are working out great.
Eric and I also went to get his haircut and grocery shopping. To be quite honest we are both beat and so are the dogs. I am thinking its the heat. It is like 95 degrees out today.
Oh and my car broke on Friday! I have a rental now and I am anxiously awaiting to drive a stick shift again. Automatics truly do suck.
Everybody else is doing it.

Hungry party of 1
I was starving yesterday after lunch. I know it should be enough food. I was a decent sized portion. I think when I first start a diet I am just always hungry, or at least I think I am. I dealt with it by adding a 50 calorie lipton soup about an hour after lunch. Then around 2:30pm I ate my snack. I was still really hungry at the gym, but I survived. When I got home dinner was really good. I did add some light butter to the green beans :-/. They really needed it in my opinion. That means in total I added about 100 calories to my 1400 calorie day with GMM. Not too shabby.
We did Shoulder, Chest, and Triceps yesterday at the gym. Not really one of those days I really do a lot of stuff. I don't like doing chest exercises. I love my boobs! I don't want big beefy shoulders, but I do two tricep exercises. Today is leg and ab day aka beat the crap out of my body day. Those the two major areas I want to target.
In other news I am considering canceling the regular wedding so we can go off and get married on like a cruise ship. I just hate this planning crap. I was not cut from the mold of regular girls. Picking flower colors does not excite me in the least bit. I don't care what my bouquet looks like, or anything like that. I just want princess pictures. I guess the only pretty thing I care about on my wedding day is me. Whatever i'm vain! I don't care!

Day 1 - Good Measure Meals
Today's breakfast was yummy from Good Measure Meals. I should have take a picture.
Swiss Style Scrambled Eggs with Garden Chives. Strawberry and Mango Fruit Compote. Whole Grain English Muffin. Margarine (Actually Smart Balance, no trans fatsP
My lunch is:
French Tarragon Chicken Salad. Mixed Greens Salad with Cherry Tomato and Honey Mustard Dressing. Whole Wheat Crackers. Fresh Seasonal Fruit. (I think I forgot to bring the crackers)
I am not a fan of dressing other than ranch, but i'll give it a shot.
I made my hair wavy today. I kinda like it.

I think I need to start bringing snacks to work. They had ice cream cake today. I am starving and it took every bit of resistance I had to not take a piece of that cake. Only because I am hungry. I like sweets and stuff, but I can resist cake when I'm not starving. Hell I can resist mostly anything when I'm not hungry.
My lunch was a Turkey Sandwich with 1 slice of Lacy Swiss cheese on 90 calorie wheat bread with a cup of soup. Is that not enough? Why am I always so damn hungry? Thank goodness I am starting Good Measure Meals. They tend to hold me over a bit longer and come with a snack. I am not really a night snacker. I barely eat at home. I am most hungry before 6pm. I can usually skip dinner too if I have a big lunch.
I do hate going to the gym hungry. Even though my workout usually makes the hungry feeling go away for bit. Today is Shoulder, Chest, and Tricep day!

Getting healthy...again!!
Eric and I started going to the gym together on Saturday. I've gain like 6lbs and it is driving me crazy, so I am really excited because this will keep me motivated. I started taking some supplements to help me along the way.
Green Tea Extract
Cayenne Pepper Extract
CLA
Apple Cider Vinegar
Fish Oils
Multivitamin
Each of them is pretty natural. The CLA is found in meat and cheese's but you can't get as much from food. This one I am definitely skeptical about, but I decided to give it a shot.
I'll know if they work or not because I've been doing this a year or so and can't get below a certain weight. If these get me over that...YAY.
Also, I am going to start on Good Measure Meals again. I really like the food and it always helps to get the weight to start coming off.
